Abstract Submission Guidelines

Language: All abstracts must be prepared and submitted in English. Submissions in any other language will not be considered

Original Work: Ensure your abstract represents original research or work conducted by the authors.

Conference Relevance: Abstracts must align with the conference themes and focus areas. Submissions that do not match the scope may be declined without prior notice.

Presenting Author: Clearly identify the presenting author by placing an asterisk (*) next to their name or by listing them as the first author. Accurate author details are essential for scheduling presentations.

Co-author Information: Include the full names and institutional affiliations of all co-authors. Make sure all listed authors have been informed and have given consent before submission.

Abbreviations: When using abbreviations, spell them out in full the first time, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.

References: If applicable, include references at the end of the abstract using a consistent citation format.

Figures and Images: You may add small, clear, and relevant visuals such as images, figures, or graphs to support your content.

Special Characters: Avoid symbols or special characters that may not display properly. Use text equivalents wherever possible.

Submission Limit: Each participant may submit up to two abstracts for oral presentation and one for poster presentation.

Revisions: To make changes after submission, resubmit the updated version and include a note referencing the previous submission. The latest version will be reviewed.

Submission Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. If not received within 48 hours.

Word Limit: Abstracts should be concise and limited to 250–300 words, excluding references.

Submission Format: Submit abstracts in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
